Accident Repair

Accident and collision repair, from panel and structural work to paint — with the insurance paperwork handled for you.

When you need this

  • Collision damage, however minor
  • Panels or doors no longer sitting straight
  • The car pulling to one side after an impact
  • An insurance claim you would rather not manage yourself
  • Damage a third party is paying for
  • Bumper, lamp or grille damage from a car park knock

What's included

After an accident the repair is only half the job; the other half is the paperwork. We assess the damage, quote it in the format your insurer expects, and deal with the assessor so you are not passing messages between two parties.

Structural and panel work is measured and repaired to the manufacturer’s specification, then refinished in our own paint booth so the colour matches the rest of the car rather than merely the panel next to it.

You are shown the damage before work starts and photographed progress as it goes, and we tell you plainly when a panel should be replaced rather than repaired.

Included work

  • Damage assessment and itemised insurance estimate
  • Insurer liaison and claim paperwork
  • Panel, structural and chassis alignment work
  • Refinishing in our own spray booth with colour matching
  • Glass, lighting and trim replacement
  • Photographed progress throughout the repair

Common questions

Do you deal with the insurance company directly?

Yes. Send us the claim details and we will handle the assessment, the estimate and the correspondence with your insurer, and keep you updated as approval moves.

How long will the repair take?

Approval usually takes a few working days, after which the repair depends on parts availability. You are given a schedule once the scope is approved, and told if it moves.

Can I claim if the accident was not my fault?

Yes, and the claim normally goes through the other party's insurer. Bring the police report and we will tell you how the process runs from there.
